I am Juan and I am a Cinematographer born in Bogota, Colombia and based in Miami. My work has taken me around the world, with films in Rome, Guatemala City, Miami and New York City. I have shot documentaries in the jungles of El Salvador, Colombia, Peru, Mozambique, Panama, Brazil and in the United States, for HBO, Fusion, Vice, and Univision. I DP'd the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th season of the FUSION TV Series 'Drug Wars', their #1 show! I have worked in numerous music videos, and some have been featured by ROLLING STONE, PITCHFORK TV & VIMEO. Some of my commercial clients include T-MOBILE, PUMA, BUDWEISER, TOYOTA, WELLS FARGO, DJI & SPRINT. I have lensed a wide range of projects that vary from commercials to narrative and documentary. Always working closely with the director to bring your vision to the screen.
